The Big Walk 4166 Puzzle is a two-location teamwork challenge: 4166, 1899 is a pair of map coordinates, not a code to enter beside the reward box. Keep one player at the frosted glass container while another navigates to the coordinates, finds the concealed button, and holds it so the waiting player can claim the reward.

What You Need Before Starting
Bring at least two players. Keep one player beside the frosted glass container; if everyone leaves to search, nobody will be in position to take the reward when the remote button is active.
The foldable map from the Map Room is the tool used by the cited route. If your group does not have it, follow the Big Walk Map Guide and complete the Red Tower route first. One community walkthrough also reports a GPS near the Green Tower area, but the paper map gives you everything required for this solution.
How to Read 4166, 1899
Treat the clue as an island position. The two-digit lines printed on the paper map represent hundreds: line 41 is 4100, line 42 is 4200, and line 19 is 1900. That puts 4166 between the 41 and 42 lines and 1899 just below the 19 line. The numbers do not unlock the nearby box by themselves, and there is no keypad step in the cited route.
Repeat both values before the travelling player leaves. Swapping their order sends the searcher to the wrong part of the island and is difficult to diagnose once the two players are far apart.
Find the Hidden Button
Community documentation places the destination in the south-central part of the map, close to the curved railway and the tunnel used by the ski-lift route. Once the coordinate readout is close to 4166, 1899, stop following the track and inspect the rocks beside it.
The button is small and blends into the nearby stone. Search the rock faces and edges rather than looking for a large control panel or assuming that a railway switch is the answer.
Solve the 4166 Puzzle
- Leave one player at the frosted glass reward container.
- Have another player carry the foldable map and travel toward 4166, 1899.
- At the curved railway and ski-lift tunnel area, search the nearby rocks for the concealed button.
- Tell the waiting player that the button has been found and make sure they are beside the container.
- Hold the hidden button down instead of tapping it once.
- While the button remains held, have the waiting player take the red reward from the opened container.
If the Container Does Not Open
- Confirm that one player is still physically beside the correct frosted glass container.
- Make sure the travelling player is holding the concealed rock button, not interacting with nearby railway equipment.
- Recheck the order of 4166 and 1899 on the map or GPS.
- Keep the button depressed until the other player confirms that the reward has been collected.
- If the interaction behaves differently after an update, check the current game version before repeating a long trip.
